To make that happen, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and culture-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Expert to join our Organizational Development team in Sofia.

If you are a seasoned recruiter who loves the thrill of finding the perfect match, managing international talent pools, and acting as a true brand ambassador, we want you!

What will you do in Ucha.se?

You won't just be filling seats - you will be shaping the future culture of Ucha.se and eduboom. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for both local and international roles (from Tech and Content to Sales and Marketing).

End-to-End talent acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing and consulting the Hiring Managers
Global and local sourcing: Hunt for top talent across Bulgaria and our international markets (Romania, Spain, Italy and others), using creative sourcing strategies beyond standard job boards
Candidate experience: Ensure every candidate has a flawless, transparent, and inspiring experience, regardless of the hiring outcome
Hiring partnering: Work closely with team leads and the Organizational Development team to understand hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and streamline the interview process and candidate experience
Employer branding: Represent Ucha.se and eduboom at career fairs, universities, and online networks to position us as an employer of choice
Data-driven recruitment: Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source quality) to constantly optimize our talent acquisition pipeline

Skills and experience we value

3+ years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. You know how to read between the lines and assess both hard skills and cultural fit
Fluency in English and Bulgarian is a must
Highly organized, proactive, and genuinely passionate about education and people development
