• Video Production: Assemble video lessons, social media content, and promotional clips, ensuring the final product matches our high educational and visual standards.
• Creative Design: Design graphic assets for our platforms, social media, and internal communications, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• AI Integration: Actively explore and utilize AI tools to streamline our content creation processes, generating innovative visual concepts, scripts, or assets that boost efficiency and creativity.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the core content team to brainstorm ideas and bring scripts to life through dynamic visual storytelling.
• Quality Control: Ensure all content is visually appealing, accurate, and optimized for our target student audience.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain our digital asset library, ensuring fast retrieval and seamless team collaboration.

Skills and experience we value:

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design and good portfolio of personal projects;
• Solid command of Canva and a creative mindset. Basic experience or a strong willingness to learn video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro) is considered a plus;
• A "hands-on" attitude with AI tools and a passion for learning new tech;
• Strong visual eye: A solid understanding of composition, color theory, and pacing in video;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously;
