We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our next phase of growth - turning ambition into execution and building a powerful, scalable revenue engine.
This is not just about hitting targets.
It’s about building a revenue engine that allows us to scale our mission - to reach more students, enter new markets, and create long-term value.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a central role in shaping how the company grows, how we go to market, and how we build lasting relationships.

What will you do in Ucha.se?

  • Build the foundation for scalable growth: Define and execute a clear, end-to-end revenue strategy; Build a predictable and scalable pipeline; Shape and refine our go-to-market approach across markets; Lead international expansion and validate new opportunities
  • Turn demand into real impact: Convert interest in our product into sustainable revenue; Lead and close high-impact strategic deals; Build sales processes that scale with the business; Bring market insight back into the company - informing product, pricing, and positioning
  • Create meaningful partnerships: Build long-term partnerships with private and public schools, institutions, and organizations; Open new channels for growth and market entry; Develop an ecosystem that strengthens trust and accelerates scale
  • Grow value, not just revenue: Drive retention, renewals, and expansion within existing customers; Ensure customers truly adopt and benefit from the product; Increase long-term customer value while reducing churn
  • Build a high-performing organization: Lead and grow strong, motivated teams; Align the Sales team with others around shared goals; Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Skills and experience we value

  • 10-15+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue leadership
  • Proven experience in SaaS, Tech, or EdTech environments
  • Proven experience in international expansion, including successful market positioning and sustained sales growth
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, pipeline management, and partnerships
  • Deep familiarity with key business metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
  • Experience building teams, processes, and systems that scale
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Interview process

  • Initial screening: Phone call with HR (introductory conversation) - 20 min
  • Onsite interview: Meeting with the Head of Organizational Development - up to 1 hour
  • Onsite final interview: Meeting with the CEO - up to 1 hour
