To fuel our next phase of international hyper-growth across our eduboom platforms, we are looking for a strategic, analytical, and business-minded Growth Marketing Lead to join our team in Sofia.

This is a management-level position for a marketer who deeply understands B2C dynamics, lives in the data, and knows how to optimize the entire user journey to scale our products into new European markets. You aren't just a performance marketer focused on running ads - you are a holistic growth champion who understands every aspect of growth and feels completely confident developing, launching, and scaling marketing campaigns at every single level of the funnel.

What will you do in Ucha.se?

Strategic Expansion: Lead and implement marketing frameworks for entering and scaling within new international markets (Romania, Spain, Italy, and beyond)
Data-Driven Analysis: Deep dive into user data and funnel metrics to discover hidden growth opportunities and friction points
Holistic Campaign Development: Design and oversee omni-channel campaigns at all levels—from top-of-funnel brand awareness to down-funnel conversions - ensuring that creative messaging and growth tactics work hand-in-hand to drive sustainable growth
Lifecycle Management & Retention: Own and optimize user lifecycle strategies to increase customer lifetime value (LTV), drive user engagement, and implement frameworks that build long-term loyalty and minimize churn
CRO Ownership: Implement continuous Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks across our landing pages and user funnels to maximize acquisition efficiency
Core Team Integration: Act as an essential, driving pillar inside our internal marketing team, working hand-in-hand with fellow marketers to integrate high-level, data-backed insights into our overall strategy and budget allocation
B2C Funnel Optimization: Own the full B2C marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless user experience that converts traffic into loyal users

Skills and experience we value

4+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2C growth marketing or digital analytics
A strong understanding of the entire marketing mix, with a proven ability to think beyond paid acquisition and confidently manage user lifecycle and retention strategies
Hands-on experience with scaling digital products across multiple European countries is highly valued
A strong analytical thinker with a management-oriented presentation style, comfortable transforming complex data into strategic business decisions
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, CRO tools, and a strong understanding of how Meta/Google ad algorithms work
