We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our global marketing efforts.
This role is not about maintaining a well-oiled corporate machine- it is about expansion. We need a growth architect who has a proven track record of entering brand new international markets from absolute zero, adapting products to local realities, and building local demand from scratch. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing, end-to-end global marketing engine - from local brand positioning to international demand generation - supporting our aggressive expansion across multiple new borders.
What will you do in Ucha.se?
Go-to-Market (GTM) from Scratch: Design, own, and execute the blueprint for launching eduboom into completely new countries. You will take new markets from zero brand awareness to a functioning, high-converting revenue stream
Build & Scale the Global Marketing Engine: Design and execute a full-funnel global marketing strategy (Brand -> Demand -> Revenue) while building scalable systems for lead generation and conversion across B2C and support B2B segments
Performance & International Growth: Drive acquisition through paid and organic channels across diverse cultural landscapes. Optimize international key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution for digital mass products
Local Brand Positioning: Define and evolve our brand voice in new territories. You will analyze local student, parent, and institutional behaviors to ensure our educational content connects deeply and builds immediate trust
CRM & Lifecycle Management: Improve international customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies. Build lifecycle journeys that increase LTV and reduce churn across different global cohorts
Team & Mentoring: Partner with and guide a high-performing marketing team, aligning local country efforts with global strategy, and fostering a data-driven, hyper-growth-oriented culture

Successful New Market Launches: New international territories are opened systematically, achieving predictable user acquisition and market penetration from zero starting points.
Efficient Scalability: Customer acquisition (CAC) in new countries becomes efficient, predictable, and sustainable over time
Pipeline Contribution: Marketing acts as the primary engine for global expansion, showing a steady growth in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and strong conversion rates in B2B and B2C channels
Global Trust: The company quickly establishes itself as a trusted educational partner in every new country we enter, with brand awareness and organic traffic scaling rapidly
Skills and experience we value
10+ years of marketing experience, with a significant portion spent in senior leadership roles (CMO, VP of Marketing, or Head of Growth)
The "Zero to One" International Track Record: Proven experience launching and scaling digital mass products into foreign markets from absolute scratch. You know what it takes to land in a new country, test hypotheses, and find product-market fit
Dual Funnel Expertise: Strong, proven track record navigating both B2C (mass consumer acquisition) and B2B (institutional/enterprise growth) environments on an international scale
SaaS, B2C Tech, or EdTech Background: Deep experience in high-growth digital products, ideally with recurring subscription or freemium models
Mastery of Modern Growth & Brand: A rare blend of heavy performance marketing/demand generation expertise and deep brand positioning psychology
Data-Obsessed Mindset: Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, payback periods) and how they vary across different international regions
International Mindset: Outstanding communication skills in English; experience managing cross-border teams or localized agency partners
